Equality and Equity in the Implementation of the Kenyan Devolved ECDE Program.

Abstract

Kenya has already adopted the devolved system of government in different spheres of education, ECDE among them. The County Early Childhood Education Bill 2014 tasked the County Governments to establish and maintain ECDE centres. However, given the uniqueness and diversity of County Governments, the values of equality and equity in implementation of ECDE should not be overlooked
