    Abstract
    One of the university’s core functions is to sustain and perpetuate a cherished pattern of living that guarantees society’s prosperity. It exists as one of the instruments of prosperity. Responsible for society’s sustainability other institutions are impended on the wellness of the university It enhance the society’s needs and interests. There is a need to develop functional theories of the society. Philosophy of education in this case engages principally in the process of unification and in the endeavor to comprehend all that goes on in the educative process
