    Abstract
    Tea is one of tree crops, and a beverage made from the leaves of tropical shrub of the camellia family. According Fuller [2008], “it is aromatic beverage commonly prepared by pouring hot or boiling water over cured leaves of tea plant, camellia sinensis”. The botanical name is camellia sinensis. Tea drinking likely began during the Shang dynasty in china, when it was used for medicinal purposes.
